Isn't it fun have a recipe that you can't get enough from? Well for me this is one of them.
I didn't bake a lot of brownie recipes but this one I made atleast 10 times, for birthdays, breakfast, picnic, dessert...The list is endless! Funny thing is I haven't made these in sooo long! I mean there was a time where I made them almost every week...but then I got into this whole baking thing and always try to make something new and challenging and totally forgot about one of my favorite recipes! I made this recipe the first time with my boyfriend on a nothing-to-do-saturday, we looked up a random brownie recipe and went for it, the result was amazing and since then baked regularly. While making them we threw in some nutella, why? Just because- Nutella never hurt anybody, the brownies came out so good we were extremely sure it had to be the nutella we added- so ever since we make them with a tablespoon of nutella. I'm pretty sure they come out great even without the nutella addition....I'm just to scared to try :\
300 gr dark chocolate
200 gr butter
1 tbsp nutella
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tbsp instant espresso powder
4 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups flour
Preheat oven to 180°, Oil or butter baking pan.
In a large bowl put chocolate and butter, melt in microwave and add nutella- stir together.
Add the sugar and mix with a large spoon or spatula, then mix in espresso and eggs- mix quickly so the eggs won't cook. To the bowl add flour and baking powder, mix until combined.
You will end up with a thick shiny batter, pour it into your baking pan and bake for about 35 minutes.
*Whatever pan you use, make sure you get a nicely high filled with the batter so you won't end up with flat dry brownies. Bake them a bit under time so they are still moist and fudgy inside.

I hope our cyber-baking version of this recipe will work as well as our real baking :)
