I simply knew! I knew sometime around summer there would be an ice cream challenge!
Thank you so much Sunita for this very daring challenge.
I actually wanted to try making fresh mint ice cream but fresh mint leaves were no where to be found so I used natural peppermint extract.
Though it takes quite some time making two ice creams in a row, definitely one of the more challenging challenges.
Over all great challenge, can't wait for next month!
Tiny side note:
As you may have noticed I've not been posting at all lately except for the DB challenges and I'm afraid that's going to stay the case for the next few month.
I'm still baking regularly I just can't find the time to sit down and write a post, so lots of recipes are in back up and hopefully I'll be able to share them with you soon!
