Yes I know. I've been a very lousy blogger lately.....sorry for that.The fact that I'm posting the daring bakers challenge sooo late proves enough.

I'm made the original version with vanilla bean ice cream, they were amazing and I enjoyed making them. The only thing I changed was using extra salt and garnishing with cashews.

As long as you dish up treats this great, it doesn't matter if they come late. Wish I had a few of these right now.
