DB: Chocolate pavlova

The June 2010 Daring Bakers’ challenge was hosted by Dawn of Doable and Delicious. Dawn challenged the Daring Bakers’ to make Chocolate Pavlovas and Chocolate Mascarpone Mousse. The challenge recipe is based on a recipe from the book Chocolate Epiphany by Francois Payard.

Well this month went by so quick! I just remembered yesterday that there was something I had to do......OOOPS! I made the challenge for breakfast and it was great, I bought some organic blackberries which were amazing with the chocolate flavors.


It was a quick but delicious challenge. Hopefully next month I'll have some more time to enjoy the process of making the challenge!
